Exclusive | ‘Owning Manhattan’ star Chloe Tucker Kane defends friend Shannon Beador, urges Alexis Bellino to ‘live life’

“Owning Manhattan” star Chloe Tucker Kane is sharing her opinion about Alexis Bellino.

In an exclusive interview with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-T” podcast, the 33-year-old real estate pro urged Bellino to “live life” while defending the latter’s “Real Housewives of Orange County” foe Shannon Beador.

“It’s just like, ‘Girl, live your life. Do what you do. That’s enough!'” says Kane, who developed a friendship with Beador when they both appeared on an episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” in July.

She adds, “It’s like she’s constantly trying to upset Shannon, and Shannon says, ‘I want to move on.'”

On a recent episode of “RHOC,” a “friend” of the 47-year-old cast member Bellino threatened to release allegedly scandalous footage of Beador, 60, if she continues to speak poorly about ex John Janssen — an offer Bellino accepted on Tuesday after nine months of dating.

Bellino said there are “a lot” of videos in the couple’s vault — some of which are said to be from the night of Beador’s headline-making DUI arrest in September 2023 — that could “ruin her life” if made public.

Kane finds such condemnation unfair.

“How dare Alexis … dangle that in his face, like a carrot,” she says, and insists that “John seems to be the worst.”

Beador, who dated Janssen for several years before calling it quits in 2023, has said she was “hurt” and “confused” by his unexpected fling with Bellino — and admitted she “didn’t know how to process it” when the news first broke.

In the current installment of “Orange County,” Beador is also going through the turmoil of a controversial legal battle with Janssen over payment for her facelift.

Kane quipped, “I think he wants a story.”

For Page Six reality TV updates…

Reps for Bellino and Janssen did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

With Beador’s DUI drama and the personal pain over watching Janssen move on with Bellino, the Netflix personality told “Virtual Reality-T” that the Bravolebrity was “nervous” before filming for Season 18 began.

However, Beador’s setbacks — and the way she’s chosen to deal with them — have endeared her to a large portion of viewers, who have labeled themselves “Team Shannon” during her feud with Bellino.

“he really [winning]”I love that woman and God bless her,” Kane says of her friend. “Team Shannon, a million percent … I’m so happy for her that she’s not with John.”

After linking up on “WWHL,” Beador and Kane met over dinner — where the Serhant real estate agent agreed to help the “Housewives” vet’s daughter, Sophie, 23, find a place in the city.

“We fell in love. I helped her daughter Sophie find an apartment in New York. She just moved in and we make all our own dinners … and we love Shannon,” she says, then reiterates, “We’re Team Shannon.”

“Owning Manhattan” is available to stream on Netflix.
