Jackson Mahomes is attracted to Travis Kelsey’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole — very publicly.
Patrick Mahomes’ brother commented on the model’s Instagram slideshow in New York City, in which she was carrying a “yummy bag.”
Nicole, 32, captioned photos taken on Sunday in a Miu Miu crop top, tan pleated skirt and black boots, “Not in Ibiza.”
In the comments section, Jackson told Nicole that he “ate with this fit,” and called the look “so chic!”
It is noteworthy that the two were seen chatting at the High Limit Lounge of the Aria Resort & Casino in February, although it is unclear whether they had planned this meeting or not.
Social media users trolled the 24-year-old with joker emojis and called him “stupid” and “useless”.
One said “An innocent woman was attacked on camera … [is] Not very polite,” while another asked, “Do they have IG in jail or are you not there yet?”
The comments referenced Jackson’s May 2023 arrest, when Aspens Restaurant and Lounge owner Aspen Vaughn claimed Jackson tried to “forcibly” kiss him — and the moment was caught on camera.
Though Jackson was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of assault, prosecutors dropped the former charge in January after Vaughn did not cooperate with police.
Two months later, Jackson was sentenced to six months’ probation after pleading no contest to a charge of simple assault.
His attorney, Brendan Davis, told People at the time, “Jackson simply wanted the matter to be over with and he could move on with his life. The matter is now closed and we will not be issuing any further statements.”
Patrick, 28, has yet to comment on the legal drama, which he described as a “private matter” when speaking to reporters in May 2023.
“At the end of the day, I come here to play football and try to take care of my family at the same time,” the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback said at the time. “So I just keep it to myself and when I’m in the building I just go out there and play football.”
In October 2023, Taylor Swift fans were furious when Jackson was photographed next to her in the Chiefs box, with many urging the pop star to be “on high alert.”
The Grammy winner, 34, has been dating Kelsea, 34, since July 2023.
The tight end previously dated Nicole from 2017 to 2022 following the “Catching Kelsey” dating show.
Nicole’s social media activity has made headlines amid her high-profile romance, with her releasing an emotional open letter in October 2023 about the “backlash and embarrassment” she’s faced.
He also unfollowed Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, during his budding friendship with Swift, telling People that he “had to protect his wife.” [her]yourself” even if “the love is still there.”
