Jax Taylor received divorce papers from Brittany Cartwright while filming ‘The Valley’

Bravo fans will see Jax Taylor handed divorce papers in Season 2 of “The Valley.”

The reality star, 45, was officially informed that his estranged wife, 35, has filed for divorce while the cameras were rolling on Tuesday, sources told TMZ, which first reported the news.

Taylor was at his and Cartwright’s sports bar, Jax in Studio City, when a third party served him with the papers.

The two ex-couples didn’t film any scenes together, but that didn’t stop the ex-couple from showing the world how they’re dealing with their new relationship status.

Cartwright, just hours after filing her application, had alcohol delivered to her rental home and then headed out for a night on the town with her friend and co-star Jack Wickham.

The Bravo star wore a form-fitting blue dress and pointy black heels for dinner at Taisho Japanese Restaurant in Sherman Oaks, California.

Meanwhile, Taylor headed to grab a bite to eat at hotspot Craig’s in West Hollywood, California, with her fellow divorcee and “Valley” co-star Jesse Lely, dressed in a sleek black dress.

A source exclusively told Page Six on Wednesday that the former “Vanderpump Rules” cast member is fine following Carrite’s filing, as she also “is 100 percent on board with the divorce.”

The insider added, “He’s been out of the marriage for a long time. He just wants to have an amicable co-parenting relationship.”

However, the source admitted the decision to officially end their marriage was “sad” for both reality stars, but said it had become “obvious” they weren’t “a good couple.”

All of the ups and downs of Taylor and Cartwright’s relationship, including the cheating scandal, have played out in front of the cameras since she joined “Vanderpump Rules” in Season 4.

The former couple even married on the hit show in June 2019 in Cartwright’s home state of Kentucky.

Although Taylor and Cartwright took a break from reality TV for a while to focus on raising their 3-year-old son, Cruz, they made a big comeback earlier this year with the premiere of “The Valley” on Bravo.

Although the cameras for the new show were turned off after Taylor and Cartwright split, they turned the cameras back on to capture all the drama that followed.

Cartwright told friends in the season finale that she decided to move out of her marital home because Taylor was allegedly “ screaming at her [her] for hours,” which brought up their old issues.

On Tuesday, the mother of one of the children said the reason for their divorce was “irreconcilable differences,” and asked the judge to grant her sole legal and physical custody of Cruz, and to give his father visitation rights.

Season 2 of “The Valley” — which also stars Kristen Doute, Luke Broderick, Nia Sanchez, Daniel Booko, Michelle Lally, Jasmine Goode, Janet Caperna and Jason Caperna — does not yet have a premiere date.
