Kate Middleton looks ready for autumn in feathered hat and trench during a walk to a Scottish church
This princess is ready for a pumpkin spice latte.
Kate Middleton took a rare walk with Prince William and Prince George on Sunday as she headed to church services near Balmoral Castle in Scotland — and her brown tones gave off plenty of autumn vibes.
The Princess of Wales, 42 — who is taking time off from royal duties to recover from cancer treatment — wore the same outfit she will wear for services at Crathie Kirk Church in 2023, wearing a tan Holland Cooper trench coat ($1,120) and feather-trimmed Hicks & Brown fedora ($155).
The full-length 100% wool topper featured golden buttons and a matching belt, and if it looks familiar, that’s because the Prince has the same design in a purple tartan iteration.
This design appears to be a regular rotation in her Scottish wardrobe; the Princess of Wales wore Holland Cooper’s trench in colorful green and purple plaid to a 2021 screening of “Cruella” at Holyroodhouse Palace in Edinburgh.
She tied her hair up elegantly when attending church last year, but this time she – who rode in a Land Rover Defender with the Prince of Wales, 42, and Prince George, 11 – left her hair long and wore dangling earrings.
As for her hat, this too is a familiar church style for the mother of three; she wore a blue version of the design to a service at the Sandringham Estate in January 2020.
He also owns an olive-coloured British-made fedora, which was featured in Wells’ 10th wedding anniversary video in 2021.
Although the Princess of Wales appeared in a video from the Paris Olympics earlier this month (and showed off a new ring), she was last seen in public at the Wimbledon men’s final in July, when she stunned in a sparkly purple Safia midi dress.
