Lady Gaga shows off megawatt engagement ring as she arrives at Venice Film Festival with fiancé Michael Polansky
Lady Gaga showed off her massive engagement ring while arriving at the Venice Film Festival with her fiancé Michael Polansky on Monday.
The happy couple was photographed packing on the PDA, sharing a kiss on the lips, as they exited their vehicle ahead of the premiere of their new movie, “Joker: Follie e Do,” in Venice, Italy.
The 38-year-old “Poker Face” singer wore a black and white polka dot minidress, which she paired with black sunglasses. She kept her long platinum blonde hair styled in a half up, half down look.
Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, completed her look with black tights and classic black pumps – also, she accessorized with her new massive jewelry.
Meanwhile, Polansky, 46, wore an all-black ensemble, layering a jacket over a shirt and matching pants. He also wore a similar pair of black sunglasses to Gaga.
The Harvard University graduate accompanied the pop star as she entered the festival.
Gaga first revealed her engagement during the Paris Olympics in July, when she introduced her longtime partner as her fiancé to French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal.
That month, a source told Page Six that the “Bad Romance” singer and Polansky had been engaged “several months” prior to her announcement.
According to People , Polansky proposed to the pop star on her 38th birthday in March.
However, the outlet claimed she kept the news a secret and decided not to wear her engagement ring to her birthday dinner party so she wouldn’t be photographed with it.
“The couple shared the happy news with family and close friends right away but wanted to keep the engagement private,” a source told the outlet, noting that the happy couple is already planning a wedding.
“Everyone is excited about their wedding,” the insider added.
The source told People that Polanski is “enthusiastic and supportive about her career. He can’t stand the spotlight but lets her shine.”
