Marlon Wayans accuses Elon Musk of rejecting trans daughter Vivian

Marlon Wayans has criticized Elon Musk’s treatment of the billionaire’s transgender daughter.

The comedian joked on a Sept. 10 episode of the “Club Shay Shay” podcast that he wanted to “drop his Tesla off a cliff” because of Musk’s recent comments about 20-year-old Vivian Wilson.

“I didn’t like what he was saying about his trans child,” Wayans, 52, told host Shannon Sharpe. “It made me angry. You don’t treat those children like that, you don’t reject your child.”

He advised Musk, 53, to “love your child.”

The “White Chicks” star shared her experience finding “acceptance” for her 24-year-old son Kai Wayans’ transition after going through the “five stages of grief.”

“I’m proud to say it took me a week — but it felt like it took forever. I’m sad to say it takes some parents, some family members, and some people it takes a lifetime,” he recalled.

“They’ll never be able to get to that magical place where I am, which is just acceptance,” Marlon said. [He’s] He’s still my baby. He’s my child.”

The “Scary Movie” actor said he had a “hard” time with the change because he felt like he was “the last one to know” because Kai’s mother, Angela Zaccari, had seen “signs” he hadn’t.

Marlon, who is also father to 22-year-old son Sean, made his eldest child’s transition public on “The Breakfast Club” in November 2023.

Last year, Musk made headlines for his response to his daughter’s request to change her name and gender.

Not only was the then-teen given a new first name in June 2022, but she also adopted her mother’s surname because she “didn’t want to…[ed] to be related to [her] The biological father in any way, shape, or form.”

Musk, who has fathered 11 other children over the years, joked to the Financial Times in October about his bickering, saying, “You can’t win them all.”

He later alleged in an interview with the Daily Wire in July that Wilson had been “killed by the woke-mind virus”.

Wilson later spoke out against Musk’s “completely false” claims about his childhood — and celebrated “the look”[ing] Too good for a dead bitch.”

She has since attacked her father on multiple occasions, from calling him a “serial adulterer” in August to labeling him a “disgusting criminal” for offering to have a baby with Taylor Swift earlier this month.
