Soap star Ariane Zucker sues ‘Days of Our Lives’ producers for sexual harassment, years after Trump’s scandalous hot mic moment
Actress Ariane Zucker — about whom former President Donald Trump spoke crudely in a hot mic moment with Billy Bush in 2005 — is now suing her former “Days of Our Lives” producers for sexual harassment.
The 49-year-old soap opera star alleged in court documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday that former executive producer Albert Alar touched her in a non-consensual sexual manner and verbally harassed her while they worked together.
She claimed that he would “often” pull her onto his chest and make sexual moaning sounds while doing so.
Zucker also alleged that one of the inappropriate comments Alar once made was when one of his co-stars told her during a sex scene that he would “love to change positions” with her, according to court documents.
She also stated that she “enjoyed” the aggressive sex scenes.
Zucker — who played Nicole Walker on “Days of Our Lives” since 1998 — claimed in the documents that she and other women told producers at Corday Productions Inc. what was allegedly happening but were ignored. .
He also met with the human resources department of Sony, the soap’s co-producers, “several times” between March and June of 2023.
Alar, 67, was allowed to continue working on the show during that time, which reportedly left Zucker feeling “violated and intimidated.”
As a result, the model was created by Corday Productions Inc. And is also taking legal action in a lawsuit against its executive producer, Ken Corday, which was first obtained by TMZ.
In August 2023, Alar was ultimately written off “Days of Our Lives” following a misconduct investigation.
At the time, more than two dozen cast members signed a petition claiming they felt “very uncomfortable and distraught at being associated with the show.”
Alar previously told The Wrap in response, “It’s hard to overstate how heartbreaking I find this situation… It’s important to set the record straight. Every day, I work with hundreds of people, most of whom People disagreed with recent misrepresentations about me.
“I have been in this industry for decades, and till now not a single complaint has been made against me. Many of the claims referenced in the media recently are simply false.
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Lisa Rinna — who also once appeared on the long-running series — wrote via her Instagram Stories after Alar was kicked out that “Karma is a bitch “
She also posted a screenshot of an article detailing the allegations against the former producer, alleging that they had been going on for “a long time.”
“I couldn’t believe the work environment,” Rinna, 60, concluded at the time. it was disgusting.”
Meanwhile, Zucker’s attorney Anahita Sedaghtafar exclusively told Page Six that her client “did what we tell all women who experience harassment to do, and that is to report it.

“Ms. Zucker did just that and became a voice for other women who were too afraid to come forward.”
“Rather than ignore her bravery, Ms. Zucker alleges that Corday retaliated against her and because she said she lost the job to which she was dedicated for two decades,” the lawyers say.
They concluded, “As part of this lawsuit we would like to ensure that Cordae provides sexual harassment training to its employees and hires an intimacy coordinator to be on set for sex scenes.”
In addition to suing for harassment, the California-born actress is also seeking damages for discrimination, retaliation, negligent hiring and supervision and wrongful termination.
She claimed in her filing that after speaking out against Alar, she was given a “take it or leave it” offer during contract negotiations in October 2023 and was essentially fired last month.
“The allegations made in Ms. Zucker’s lawsuit are baseless,” a representative for “Days of Our Lives” tells Page Six on Wednesday. Corday Productions offered to renew Ms. Zucker’s contract, including offering her a pay raise. Rejecting Ms. Zucker’s counteroffer is not retaliation.
“Complaints regarding Mr. Alar’s on-set behavior were promptly investigated. Cordae Productions cooperated fully in an impartial investigation and subsequently fired Mr. Alar.’
Meanwhile, Alar’s attorney, Robert M. Barta, calls Zucker’s claims against his client “outrageous” and “baseless.”
Barta told Page Six in a statement on Wednesday, “As Ms. Zucker’s own lawsuit all acknowledges, at a time of industry-wide cuts, she aggressively sought a significant personal pay raise and additional influence over the show. Was doing.” “Having failed in those efforts, she is now – again – trying to exploit hateful stereotypes to defame and humiliate a black man who was in a position of power.
“Okay, enough. Every day for decades, Albert dealt with hundreds of people who could — and would — testify falsely about Ms. Zucker’s misrepresentation of them. We are glad to have the opportunity to share the truth and put an end to his offensive claims once and for all.
Zucker’s lawsuit comes nearly eight years after she was involved in a major scandal ahead of the 2016 presidential election, when a tape was leaked of Trump, now 77, and Bush, now 52, talking while they were on a bus to meet him. They were talking obscenely while riding in the car.
The former “Access Hollywood” host can be heard telling the future president at the time, “Your girl is so hot in purple.”
Meanwhile, Trump responded, “Wow. I have to use some Tic Tacs, just in case I start kissing her… You know, I’m automatically attracted to beauties – I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do that. You can do anything… hold them by the p—y.”
