Taylor Russell stuns at the Venice Film Festival in a vintage Chanel gown first worn by Claudia Schiffer

Taylor Russell appeared at the 2024 Venice Film Festival in an iconic vintage look previously worn by Claudia Schiffer.

The 30-year-old actress turned heads at the premiere of “Beetlejuice” on Wednesday when she arrived in a 1993 Chanel Haute Couture gown that was made before she was born.

The white dress fit Russell perfectly, with a corset bodice and floral embellishments on the bust. The attention-grabbing bottom portion featured a large peplum design over a semi-sheer mermaid skirt.

Russell, who is on the jury this year, kept her pixie cut with micro bangs and opted for subtle, pink glamour.

The “Bones and All” star completed her outfit with plenty of sparkle, accessorizing with a large diamond ring and dazzling earrings with pearl embellishments.

Shortly after Russell arrived on the carpet, Schiffer, 54, posted comparison photos of the two women on Instagram, praising her.

“From the 1993 @chanelofficial runway to the 2024 Venice Film Festival!” she wrote. “@tayrussell you look absolutely stunning ❤️.”

Many of Schiffer’s Chanel looks from the early ’90s have resurfaced over the years, from Dua Lipa’s 2023 Met Gala ball gown to Sofia Richie’s after-wedding party look.

Despite arriving in Venice earlier this week, Russell has already debuted a few vintage looks, including a John Galliano skirt suit from his spring 1995 “Pin Up” collection.

Russell, styled by Jahleel Weaver, looked chic in the structured set, which she paired with black slim sunglasses and lace-up, pointed-toe heels.

The houndstooth uniform worn on the runway by Yasmin Ghauri featured large shoulder pads, a stretched hem, and black buttons.

Russell has established herself as a fashion “It Girl” since rising to fame in 2019. Although she’s known for her amazing street style, the Canadian actress also takes risks on the red carpet.

The Loewe global ambassador made her highly-anticipated debut at the Met Gala this year — and she did not disappoint.

Russell perfectly executed the night’s “Garden of Time” dress code in a custom-molded, wood-inspired corset with a red floral motif. The Loewe gown was completed with a sheer white skirt.
