This is how Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola first applied for ‘Jersey Shore’
She is the sweetest bitch you will ever meet.
Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola explains how she first applied to be a part of “Jersey Shore.”
She told The Post before Season 7, “When I was 21, I was at a house with a group of friends in Belmar, New Jersey, and they were going to the coast last weekend to fill out this survey. Were.” “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” premieres on February 8.
“And I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is our life. We should just fill this out and then send our picture.’ And that’s basically what I did. And the next thing you know, I was going to the interview and I didn’t really know what I was actually doing until I got to the house.
This reality show ran from 2009 to 2012 on MTV. Its spinoff, “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” debuted in 2018, but Giancola, 36, didn’t return until last season.
She admitted that she never thought that she would still be doing a film with her co-stars after 15 years.
“When I did it, I was young and just having fun and partying on the beach. And I said, ‘How nice.’ “That’s what I do on the weekends anyway,” Giancola recalled.
“I had no idea it would turn into something that it is today.”
Although she said that filming the new season with her ex, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, was not ideal, she teased that her current boyfriend, Justin May, will be featured prominently on the series this time around.
“You’ll be seeing Justin a lot this season, more so than last season,” he said.
The couple haven’t made any Valentine’s Day plans yet, but Giancola said she’d be happy with whatever they decide to do.
“I think my boyfriend is working, so we’ll probably just go out to dinner or something,” she said.
“I’m not big on Valentine’s Day. I love love. And I definitely love celebrating love. But I think when it comes to Valentine’s Day, I say, ‘We don’t have to get each other gifts. “I’m good at making cards or making dinner at home,” Giancola said. “So I don’t really know what we’re going to do yet. Maybe my boyfriend will surprise me with something.
As far as her future plans are concerned, Giancola may write a memoir one day.
“I almost feel like I should write a book,” he told The Post. “I feel like a lot has happened in my life in the last 14 years.”
Getting married and becoming a mother is also on her bucket list.
“I would love to have a family and get married one day,” Giancola said. “But I take things day by day. And for me, whatever’s in the cards, whatever happens, I’m just going with it.
Season 7 of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” airs Thursday, February 8 at 8pm EST on MTV.
