Travis Kelce becomes co-owner of a racehorse whose name is similar to Taylor Swift
He is her main man.
Travis Kelce now owns a horse whose name reminds him of his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
Florida-based horse racing stable Team Valor International announced via a press release on Tuesday that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end is officially a shareholder in a 3-year-old gelding named Swift Delivery.
Team Valor and Spyglass Entertainment CEO Gary Barber are the other co-owners, but Kelce reportedly owns “a significant portion,” as does the Zoldan family, owners of Phantom Fireworks.
It’s unclear if the NFL star — who now has some extra money after signing a podcast deal worth over $100 million with his brother — intended to buy the horse as a tribute to his pop star girlfriend.
Page Six reached out to her rep for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
However, Swift’s delivery — like her Grammy-winning namesake — is also a high achievement.
According to the release, the race horse earned his first win in an allowance race held at Woodbine Racetrack in June.
Kelce, 34, became a fan of the sport after attending the Kentucky Derby in March.
The football player arrived at the gala event, held at Churchill Downs at the time, wearing a sleek brown suit, a light blue dress shirt, navy blue fedora and matching tie.
Swift, 34, was not in attendance at the annual race as she was reportedly heading to Paris to kick off the European leg of her Eras Tour, which recently wrapped up.
However, during that tour, the “Wildest Dreams” singer made sure to pay her own tribute to Kelsea.
At times while performing “So High School” — a track from her latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” which is about her boyfriend — she and her dancers did the “Swag Surfin’” dance.
It reminds me of the time Swift watched Kelce and the Chiefs play against the Miami Dolphins at Arrowhead Stadium in January, and he and his friends were doing the moves while sitting in the stands.
A source recently revealed how the couple – who have been dating for over a year and are set to get engaged soon – continue to prioritise their relationship despite spending so much time apart due to busy schedules.
A source told “Entertainment Tonight” on Thursday that Swift and Kelce “are very affectionate towards each other” and “are still in constant contact, talking via text message and FaceTime.”
Last weekend, the pair reunited at Swift’s mansion in Rhode Island after being away from each other for some time, where they later hosted a star-studded party for Blake Lively’s birthday.
