USC football recruiting: Five-star WR Jerome Miles commits to make Trojans’ 2025 class top 10
USC added one of the most talented players in the country to its 2025 class. Five-star wide receiver Jerome Miles, a senior from Corner Canyon High School in Draper, Utah, committed to the Trojans live on CBS Sports HQ. Miles selected USC despite heavy interest from Texas A&M and Utah.
Miles is a game-changing commitment for the Trojans. His addition has pushed USC ahead of Oregon and Miami to move out of the top 10 of the 247Sports rankings. According to the Top247 rankings, Miles is the top commitment in the Trojans’ class and the fifth wide receiver overall.
At 6-foot-2-inches and 210 pounds, Miles was the best uncommitted wide receiver (No. 30 overall) in the Top247. Only one other wide receiver in the national top 35 is still on the board, making Miles a key player right now.
“Miles is one of the top receivers in the country and has a lot of potential,” 247Sports national recruiting analyst Greg Biggins wrote. “He has a rare combination of size, speed and body control and reminds us of former Washington All-American Rome Odunze… When you add his physical gifts in terms of frame and high-level athleticism, there are very few pass catchers with more long-term potential than Miles.”
